Fast weight gain
If you are extremely thin and lean then this article is only for you.
You may have become tired of reading articles on internet about
"weight gain".
All of them must have same kind of stuff suggesting you foods high
in proteins and fats and then suggesting you body-building and
increasing your muscle size to gain weight.Actually they are talking
in general and not targeting your specific problem.
I will reject all their suggestions due to following reasons.
1- you are giving suggestions to normal people and not to those who are
extremely thin and not gaining weight at all.
2-you cannot suggest muscle training to people who are extremely
thin because it is very less effective and they are likely to fall a victim of
harmful food-supplements and steroids and other medicines.
3- you cannot suggest high protein foods to people who are lean
and thin because they are thin due to the fact that they do not have fast
stomachs and bulks of high proteins will not be digested by them fast.
They will not gain fast weight. It will cause bad stomach.Moreover it will cause heat
and thin because they are thin due to the fact that they do not have fast

SOLUTION:
"For fast weight gain we need 2000 additional calories a day.Suppose you
are taking 1500 calories a day.Then you must increase this figure to 3500.
Bananna is the best food.You must have tried it before but i am not talking
about eating three or four bannanas a day.A bannana has 90 calories in it
normally and we need 2000 calories.
so we must eat how much bannanas a day? Lets calculate
2000/90
=22.22
So eat what you eat everyday but add 23-25 additional banannas in your
daily diet.Do some moderate exercise like chin ups or push ups.Its very
necessary.I am again repeating.Its very necessary.
The reason why i am not suggesting you meats and fishes and other
fruits is due to following reasons.
1-Meats and fishes are not easy to cook and not easy to purchase.
They will consume time to be prepared and you will lose the routine
of cooking them.Moreover they will not digest fast.
2-Other fruits require very high amounts to reach the same calories
and you will get bored after eating them for few consecutive days.
3-Dry fruits are very high caloric but they are not easily
digestible and can cause strange irritation when eaten in large
numbers.
So try 23- 25 bannanas a day to gain fast weight.You can take them in two or three
phases in a single day.It may sound difficult but this diet is very tasty and not as
heavy as you may think.
